I’ve been using Nailboo for over a year. I’ve purchased 5-6x…..My last order came missing the liquid portion that I really need. I’ve left emails approximately 6-7 times and other than initially getting a response my email was received and I’d hear back in 24h….(last week) …. I’ve been completely Ghosted. Can someone please tell me why I can’t get a response? A refund? Or the rest of my order? Very disappointing customer service. Hope this isn’t how you treat all your customers. I’ll contact my credit card company next.
