I own quite a few Essie polishes but this one is a new favorite. It's a beautiful serene ice blue color. I just purchased this and applied it for the first time. I'm in love with the color. I do not own any other color like it. The only other blue color I own is mint candy apple which is darker and has more green in it obviously. I did not care for MCA on my nails but I do love it on my toes. This looks great with my skin tone and I love it on my finger nails. I think it's an awesome color for spring and summer but I think it could be worn in the winter too. Like all my Essie polishes I need 3 coats to make it look even and I always finish with seche vite. The formula of this polish is not as good as the others I own so I had to do thick coats to avoid a streaky look. It also didn't self level as well but my miracle worker SV top coat fixed that right up. I feel it would be safe to assume that like all my Essie polishes I will get a good 4 to 5 days of wear out of it. I'm sure it would last longer if I did things like wearing gloves while cleaning and washing dishes.

I don't gravitate toward blue/green polishes, but this really caught my eye. I like pure white manicures, and this is a softer, subtle, pretty alternative to that. It's really just a tiny icy hint of blue. Really pops on my pail, cool-toned skin and I can imagine wearing this almost any time of year.
