I bought these because I didn't want to spend the money for Sephora brand pencils but these are horrible. Very little is available in the packaging which you will see once you have to sharpen. It takes at least 2 times to sharpen and then you will have trouble getting a nice point. These are too soft for sharpening and they go on like a gel liquid which you would think would be good for smudging but they don't smudge easily! Hours later the line is worn away in patches. So unflattering. I bought black which was the best of the bunch, brown, charcoal which had heavy glitter and plum which was the worst and a weird violet.I returned these and ended up buying the Sephora pencils. I should just learn to get the thing I want to begin with but I just wanted to save a little money but these are no dupe.

While there is a fantastic color range with these eyeliners ( some of the colors are downright gorgeous!), they're not waterproof, they smudge easily, and don't last that long even with primer. I bought four of them when I caught them at BOGO at Ulta, and was excited to try them out given some of the reviews I'd read. The next day I wore one to work and halfway through the day it had smudged and what hadn't smudged had nearly disappeared! If you don't mind reapplying throughout the day, these may work for you, but I won't be buying any more of them.

I bought this in eyeliner shimmer lavendar. it was my first nyx eyeliner purchase, and now I want more! I was looking for a light purple pencil to bring out my brown eyes and this is just what I needed. it's pigmented and it applies smoothly. staying power is great. the shimmer aspect is just right. and I think the lavendar looks awesome when paired over a white linner too. for this price and this color payoff, you cannot go wrong! love it.

I love this product! I use it both for my eyes and my brows in a dark brown color. I love to use it for tight-lining and lining my waterline. Totally recommend this phenomenal product!

I have a huge collection of NYX eye/eyebrow pencis and lipliners.They're uber cheap for $1.50, good pigmentation and fair durability.I love the texture, it can be used as kohl (waterline) and for eyebrows too. Because it is creamy, I use it to quick contour my nose and jaw as well, smudged with my fingers.MIght not be for those with oily lids and oily skin, but for dry skin like mine on a cool climate it holds pretty well.It's not to compare a $19 MUFE pencil, that's not a good on-point comparison. For its performance, price point,variety of shades and versatility, I have a winner here.
