This was truly awful, no matter how I tried to make it work, it cracked and flaked before it even set. When it did set it felt heavy, like I put a sticker on my lid, then it flaked twice as much. Not sure about all the positive reviews before mine, maybe they changed the formula? I got a bad batch maybe? I have been wearing makeup for a LONG time and have gotten pretty good with liquid liners but dammit, I could not get a good line with this and I tried every way possible. I do not have crepey eyelids so no issue there. I am confounded. The only plus was that it was cheap so I didn't feel anything but pissed off when I chucked it in the trash.

its a nice matte white with fairly opaque pigment just one line is not as opaque as I would like. I personally find the brush hard to use because I usually use pen liners but it's a good liner for a good price.

Edit 1/22/17: I did end up returning this then rebuying it coz I saw how people were doing it with black eyeliner & it looked cool. This is water resistant. Raising my rating coz I see a good white liquid eyeliner could easily set you back $20+. ---Original review: This is a very stark white. I tried it under my lower lid right immediately to the side of the waterline not quite on the waterline coz my eyes are rheumy & I don't know if I am going to return this but I have a feeling it's going back. It is just too stark & strong of a contrast & now that I'm middle aged I'm not interested in all that heavy makeup like rimming your eyes in black. I like a made up look don't get me wrong just with softer focus. I like my lower lid with NYX Wonder Concealer Stick which I adore it's more natural. I look weird w a white line directly under my eye & there is no smudging this so I've tried a couple of white pencils (Wetnwild & Ulta) which were crap looks like I'll be investing in a higher color white pencil if I want to keep fussing with white eyeliner. It pains me to write a review about 1 of my brands I am very fond of! ;/

This eyeliner is great! It's super pigmented as well! With one swipe, you get nice intense color. Not completely opaque, but opaque enough so you can get away with just one coat. It's an ice stark white! The brush is perfect. It's very small and skinny so you can get a precise line. I'm so glad it didn't come with a felt tip liner i just can't use those for some reason.My favorite way to use this white eyeliner is: I line my eyes with regular black eyeliner first. Then i line just the outline of the black with white eyeliner. Really helps open up your eyes and make them look awake. Also, gives a nice graphic look to your eyes, while still being wearable! I got this from LD for $8.99cdn. Pretty good price. will definitely repurchase!!

I love this eyeliner! It's really, really GOOD. It applies beautifully, just glides on perfectly smoothly. The fine-tipped brush has just the right amount of stiffness to it, it's easy to draw the line as thin or as wide as you want.And it wears amazingly. I have oily lids and this eyeliner doesn't budge, transfer, or flake all day long.And it's also very pigmented and opaque. If you're looking for a stark, Wite-Out type eyeliner then look no further. The first time I wore it, three different people complimented me on it.I had previously tried a white liquid liner from Stila Stay All Day (Snow) and it doesn't even come close to this one from NYX. This is an excellent product for and excellent price. Would definitely buy it againRecommended!
