Malibu Pier Pressue is a bright pink creme polish from OPI's California Dreaming collection. It is a warm toned pink which is quite bright but not neon. It looks great as a pedicure and against warm skin, I think it would be very flattering on medium-deep complexions in particular. The formula is ok, decent enough but not as good as a lot of OPI's other creme polishes. It requires three coats to reach full opacity. The formula is quite streaky after two coats, but will self-level with the third. It dries fairly quickly, and two a shiny finish. It lasts well, around 4 days on the nail when paired with base and top coat. It is a nice enough colour, but I am sure you can find a dupe with a better formula.

Malibu Pier Pressure is part of OPI's summer 2017 collection, California Dreaming (I bought five of the colors and this is the third one I have tried and reviewed). It's a pink creme, a Malibu Barbie kind of pink bright, girly-girl and fun. It's pretty similar to Kiss Me, I'm Brazilian from OPI's summer 2014 collection.
