I am a nail polish collector and use most of my polishes for my own use, or in nail art.

I am a nail polish collector and use most of my polishes for my own use, or in nail art. I am presently wearing this color and have to say, while I love the color, the formula of this polish is far from what I hoped it would be. Like anyone else, I like even coating, ease of application, etc, etc. I have learned several tricks when dealing with light, neon, and reputable streaky polishes which I was willing to try with this to give it the benefit of the doubt, After applying a white polish and letting it dry, I attempted to sponge on the first coat, Bad move! I ended up with a matte finished neon coat with bald spots. Not good! I put aside the sponge, and just polished on the next coat, Unfortunately it covered in some spots but where the first color didn't take over the white polish. I then proceeded on, which probably wasn't the best choice, but didn't want to start over either. I applied another coat, and after drying, tried a matte top coat since the streaking mess I was left with was, well,,,pretty sad. I believe I ended up using five coats total and rather than leaving it matte, I topped it off with a quick dry top coat which helped somewhat. I love China Glaze, for the most part, but when it comes to the neon matte colors, for the majority, they chip quickly, and atypically streaky. Again, I love this color, but application (which I take some share of the blame for) and formula left much to be desired. Added: After wearing this for two days there were no chips, but the streaking was the main problem I had with this polish. Also, the white I used under this color was a bit streaky too, and may not have been completely dry when I sponged on this polish for the first coat, I don't know. Well next year when I use this color again (if I do) I will make sure to do the application better, however, I don't think anything I do will help the streaking.

I'm a nude polish aficionado, but I absolutely love this color, it's absolutely beautiful and flattering on my NC25ish skintone. I was in search of a light orange-y peach and this is the only polish I could find that fit exactly what I wanted color-wise. As other reviewers mentioned, it's neon and super bright, but doesn't appear tacky. However, it's among the worst polishes I've ever used. Application was streaky, but I managed. But the biggest issue: it began chipping within a day. I have never had this happen to me before and I've been wearing nail polish regularly for over 15 years now. I don't typically buy China Glaze polishes, so not sure if the problem is with the brand or just this specific color. Regardless, it's a shame, because I really do love the color.

This is an intensely neon peach that is so pretty but the formula is a problem child.

This is an intensely neon peach that is so pretty but the formula is a problem child. It needs a lot of patience and 3 coats. It can be streaky and uneven, so be aware to work slowly.Very bright and fun and definitely summer. It's thicker and not thin like some neons. It does dry matte as well.

Oh man, this formula is really bad.

Oh man, this formula is really bad. Which is disappointing, because the name made me laugh out loud. I get that neon formulas (or any formula that contains a strong white base) can be tricky to apply, but this is a China Glaze polish. I've had better luck with drugstore neons. I had to use 3-4 coats--it doesn't play nicely with a white base--and, even after waiting a couple minutes between coats, I had to deal with this polish balding, clumping, and streaking. Sun of a Peach, you're lucky you're so hot.

To start off, this is a very pretty shade, and it's great for summer.

To start off, this is a very pretty shade, and it's great for summer. It took about two coats to achieve the desired finish and lasted about two days without chipping. This colour is a neon so it does require a top coat. Overall, it's a pretty colour that would look great on most skin tones. I would buy again for sure.
