Love this gorgeous color!!! Essie Barbados Blue is a glowy shade of baby blue with a slightly frosty, almost metallic finish. It looks AMAZING on the nail, and it's now a favorite Essie for me.Good formula as well. Opaque in two coats. Application was slightly brush-strokey, but once the polish dries it just looks so fantastic. I have a ton of blues in my collection, but none that look like this. Beautiful AND unique! I'm so glad I bought this.I believe this shade is from an older Essie collection. I found it at TJ Maxx. It is worth seeking out, I would definitely buy it again. Highly Recommended!!

Beautiful frosty, icy, baby blue polish. I usually prefer creme polishes, but the pearlescent finish is perfect for this one. It applies smoothly, self-leveling nicely. It's opaque in two coats and it dries quickly.

This is one of those colors that looks better in the bottle than on my nails. Its streaky and opaque, taking 3 coats to get full coverage. I wanted to like it, after it sitting untried for so long but the fact that I can see my brush strokes on it even after top coat and it being dry means it's a no go. I think this one will be staying in my box untouched for a while longer (until I either give it away or swap it).

This is the frosty baby blue and probably one of the prettiest blue polishes ever. I love this polish. Two coats make it opaque. I love this.

I'm still looking for the color I expected this nail polish to be. Like one of the other reviewers, I was hoping for more of a cream finish, but this is just really shiny and metallic-y, a nightmare to apply and streaky like nobody's business. It's the only Essie polish I have, and I'm really hesitant to buy more since they're kind of expensive, especially here in Norway, I guess. I can't for the life of me figure out how to apply this to make it look good. Thin coats, thick coats, it all looks equally bad.
