This polish was way darker when I received it and had a watery consistency.

Consistency

I don’t like the consistency. It’s too runny and I have to give it about 4-5 costs to get it where I want it. I do like the color though. The regular polish in the duo actually came with white stuff like it wasn’t mixed right or as if it were chalk. I guess it must be the pigment but no matter how much I mix it it just stays the same.
