This has been my overnight moisturiser for years. I have dry skin so this thick, flaming moisturiser is brilliant. Somehow, it isn't oily never ever has it made my breakout. It's sort of like a milk bath for your face. Love this.
In a word: Awful. Contains Petrolatum (derived from petrol, like Petroleum Jelly), I used this one night and the next day I had several enormous whiteheads (which I never get). So, I investigated what the ingredients were in it and sure enough, next after Water, this "Petrolatum" is the top ingredient of this product. This reminds me of Mary Kay Extra Emollient Night Cream, which also has this as it's main ingredient. It also smells like it heavily, and I do mean HEAVILY perfumed. But it's not a nice perfume, it's smelly and overpowering. I will use this on my feet and elbows to use it up as I do the MK one. It's a useless product for my face. You may as well smear Petroleum Jelly on your face and it will only cost you a fraction of the cost of this. If I could rate this a 0 I would. Very disappointing, Ella Bache, I expected better. Cosmetic companies should be banned from putting such rubbish in their face creams. Don't waste your money on this one,
I love this moisturiser.I have sensitive, combination skin ,prone to breakouts and redness. This creme immediately reduces the redness and make my skin more plumped and protected from dehydration.Love it.
I'd buy this again if I had an irritation or I was desperate for a popped pimple to die down ASAP. This cream is amazing for healing purposes and doesn't even break me out! In fact I feel the blackheads on my nose disappearing after 1 weeks use of this cream. Love this so much , the only downside is that in all honesty it doesn't moisturize well.. I'd not use this as my moisturizer but rather a treatment for areas of my face that are irritated.
I have been using this cream since I was about 13 (I'm now 21) because it is the ONLY thing that helps my very dry and very sensitive skin. It has never done ANYTHING bad by me, and has always helped no matter what season or what condition my skin is in. I love the texture because it is very thick and not oily... I really can't deal with having things that are the texture or consistency of something like sorbeline on my face. It IS expensive, but it is worth it. I love love love this and would recommend it to everyone, especially those with extremely dry skin.
