Newer formula? Too runny and it’s a different color.

I bought this polish bc I wanted to restock it. The one Beyondpolish sent me was a different color. The color is a light sheer 80s pink that’s buildable. It doesn’t look nothing like the peachy pink color like the last Coney Island Cotton Candy bottle I had from Target. I’m not too fond of the color and formula. I wondered if I’ve been sent a wrong bottle where the manufacturer had placed the label incorrectly or did OPI changed their formula?
