I also bought an OPI dip powder/lacquer combination and the nail polish was not right...too thick and streaky. No amount of thinner helped the consistency. I won't ever buy the combo again.

Disappointing product

The laquer is striky no matter what. I tried nail polish thinner and even purchased OPI base coat&top coat. Disappointing. Too bad that i cannot return. Regret buying as a combo. wasted too much money.
