The color is super pretty but doesn't look like the pictures online. It does temporarily stain the skin but comes off after a good handwriting. I'll try another OPI dip color before making up my mind about the quality.
This dip powder was messy to apply and the color is not nearly as pretty as the pictures. The pigment is very fine and stains your fingers. It was pricey at $20 a jar. I usually order Gelish dip but wanted to try this OPI color. I won’t be ordering more OPI. It was much harder to work with and much harder to remove than the Gelish.
The color I received, while still a pretty blue and having the Nessie label on it, it just a shimmer blue. It is nothing as depicted in the image
