This is a discontinued polish from the Orly French Manicure line.

This is a discontinued polish from the Orly French Manicure line.In the bottle it is a peachy tan, leaning more peach than tan. 1 coat is very, very sheer. It's pretty neutral looking to me. It's clean and sheer. Barely a hint of any color. It went on very well and was easy to work with. It's a sheer in 1 coat. I do like it in 1 coat for a clean, barely there look. It's very pretty.2 coats go on well. You do have to be a tiny, tiny bit careful to even it out. But it's still very, very easy to use. Not like those you have to fight and just a touch under the no-brainer quick apply type. Don't let that scare you, it evens out easily and quickly. It deepens the shade just a touch. I do think it pulls a touch yellow on 2 coats vs 1. Not terribly, but some people won't like it or find it flattering, it's not scary or ugly though.3 coats go on well. Again, you have to even it out, but it's very easy to do so. You're not going to get opague bottle color. It's milky and clean and it looks a bit less yellow than at 2 coats. I prefer 3 coats color to that of 2. It looks nice application and formula wise, but this is not going to be a color for everyone. The color in 2-3 coats is not the most flattering on me, so I'd likely say no to rebuying it if were still available. It's pretty neutral and nice in 1 coat and I think I prefer it as a quick 1 coat and top polish. Overall not a bad polish though.

Ok beautiful color.BUT for a nail polish which costs about 10 euros it's unacceptable to chip the second day!!!Whichever top coat I have used nothing!!!

I have a couple of other Rose Gold nail polish shades and this is my least favorite of the bunch.

I have a couple of other Rose Gold nail polish shades and this is my least favorite of the bunch. The color looks beautiful in the bottle and on the nail but seems to bring all the red in my skin tone out when I wear it. Like literally my hands look "pink" when I wear this color. Also the formula is a bit wanting, it's a little too "grainy" and doesn't apply smoothly enough. I end up with these funny little bumps here and there on my nails. Essie's Penny Talk is a much prettier shade of Rose Gold and applies extremely well, I'd opt for that rather than Orly's Rage.

I honestly thought this polish was just Meh.

I honestly thought this polish was just Meh. I have a few different rose-gold shades in my collection (Butter London Goss, BL The Old Bill, Essie Penny Talk, Marc Jacobs Gatsby) and Orly Rage is actually my least favorite one.The reason I don't like it is because its finish is a little weird to me. Instead of metallic and smooth, its appearance is a little grainy-looking. It just doesn't have that fluid, glossy look that I like from a metallic polish.I do like the color itself, and no problems with application or wear (so two lippies instead of just one). But I wouldn't buy this one again.

The best rose-gold polish hands down.

The best rose-gold polish hands down. very pretty and opaque in one coat. Very metallic without brushstrokes. It's definitely a foil polish worthy of your collection.I like to use this on my toes or under Maybelline's Color Show in Gilded Rose. Such a beautiful combo.
