Hi. I was in the middle of a big move from one house to another and received my product at a very inconvenient time. I tried emailing several different times within the timeframe that I could return but did not get a response back until after that had expired. Unfortunately I could not get my money back and I am very disappointed in that for now I have a product I will not be able to use. Needless to say I am not very happy with my service.
