I have fine, curly hair and I've tried many styling products for my hair type this one is the best styling product for fine, curly hair I've tried so far. I washed and conditioned my hair, used a bit more than a golf ball sized amount of the mousse, made sure I distributed it as evenly as possible through my towel-dried hair, flipped my head over and blow-dried on a low setting with a diffuser...went to sleep, and when I woke up...bouncy, shiny curls with good volume and virtually no frizz. If my hair still looks good tomorrow, I'll come back and up the score to 5. It's expensive, but I'll pretty much pay anything for a product that will give my hair the control and support it needs.
Sebastian launched this new formulation in mid-late 2010, I understand. I have been using it for a couple of months and I must say this stuff is life changing. My hair is fine, thin and curly (3a curls). It is difficult to find a product with enough hold that doesn't dry sticky and crunchy or weigh fine hair down. This stuff gives me great curl, great hold and natural movement. It also reduces annoying flyaway/frizz without making my hair droop. Paula Begoun recommends this product and she got it right. Also, I am sensitive and this mousse does not have strong fragrance or irritating ingredients. If you have fine hair, this is a real find. Update: I've been blowdrying my hair straight with this and Sebastian Potion 9 for heat protection for a few months. I still love it.
I purchased this blush from an aesthetician so I don't know where else you can get it but I imagine Google would find it for you. It's kind of expensive but it lasts me at least a year, maybe longer. There are 3 shades in it (pinky, beigey, & mauvey) that you swirl your brush over and then apply. The brush isn't great but then what brush that comes with these compacts is? I'll repurchase sometime next year when I've used this one up.
