i must say im pleasantly surprised by this conditioner...short description of my hair : very long , straight ,color treated , gets oily to the roots quite fast but the mid half to the ends is always dry ,coarse ,frizzy and dull ..to me hair products have always been most of the time misses ,and if they werent misses they just performed mediocre... i havent found one hair product who left me in awe ,and i tried many products from drugstore ,to very high endone day i saw wella products on huge discount ,a sun protective leave in cream which i bought it on a whim ..i liked the cream very much (ill leave a review on that as well) so ive decided to try one of their conditioners ...i bought this conditioner with a sort of disbelief and skepticism and i wasnt expecting any fantastic results because of my past dissapointments ...but my hair was in such a poor condition that i didnt knew what to do with it anymore..they have a version for coarse hair as well but i was afraid that would be more heavy /moisturizing and it would just weigh down my hair ..so i bought the fine/normal hair versionthe first thing that threw me off was the smell ..im just not a fan of it ..its too strong and artificial /salon type of smell ..but i could cope with that if a product really works ...ive only applied it from mid half to the ends ,since my roots are oily ....when i blow dried ,i already liked how it didnt weigh down my hair at all, in fact my hair was more bouncy ,full of free flowing movement ...so it really does what it claims ...and it was much softer ,silky ,and the ends looked more moisturized and soft . .no more coarse frizzy hair..it also says it gives vibrant shine because of the diamond dust which it contains ..i did see a little bit of shine ,but not something that would make me drop in awe ,it wasnt too vibrant or powerful...afterwards i applied their sun protection leave in cream and my hair looked in much better condition than before ..in fact i would dare to say i looked like i just got out of a salon...considering ive used this conditioner paired with a pretty shitty shampoo (i still havent found my HG shampoo yet ) i must say it performed very wellim debating whether to buy this again because it contains parabens ..the idea of putting parabens in my hair every 2-3 days doesnt delights me ,so maybe ill try to go with a more natural /or less chemical route ,but ill might come back to this conditioner when ill have to attend an event or something like that ...so ill try to use it less often, although i really like how nice it makes my hair ..i wish wella would replace the parabens ..price is a con as i find it a bit expensive for the amount you get ...despite of that i would recommend anyone to at least give it a try..you'll might end up as pleasantly surprised as me
