The Beyond Polish Monthly Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated by any other entity. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. Beyond Polish reserves the right to end the contest at the end of any monthly entry period.

Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are of 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required prior to award of any prize. Employees, affiliates, partners, agencies, and the immediate families or members of the same household of such individuals are not eligible to enter.

Prize and Winner Selection Method. To enter the Giveaway, you must have or will submit your email address to be eligible. The entry period for each month’s Giveaway begins on the first day of each month at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (Start Date) and ends on the last day of that month at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (End Date)(collectively “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period and meet all requirements in these Official Rules to be eligible to win the Giveaway.

Within 7 business days of the end of each monthly Entry Period, one (1) winner will be selected at random. Winner will be notified by email. In the event the e-mail is for any reason undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected.

Prizes and Prize Claim. For each Entry Period, one (1) winner will receive one $100 e-gift card. Winner will receive a gift card code via email. Winner must input this code at checkout on every order for the credits to be applied to the order. Prize cannot be combined with any other offers or promo codes. Limit one (1) prize per person.

Use of Winner’s Name and Publicity. By entering this Giveaway, you consent to being contacted by Beyond Polish for any purpose in connection with this Giveaway. Each entry into the Giveaway and winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Beyond Polish to use, and publicly display the winner’s name and likeness in any way, at any time, in any and all media.
