I am late in reviewing this polish. I got Cackle If You Want To last year as it is part of the ChG 2015 Ghouls Night Out Halloween collection but I never got around to using it until this year.CIYWT is a glitter polish in a clear base. It has a good amount of purple and black matte glitter pieces in various sizes and shapes. The glitter disperses pretty evenly with application so there is no need to fish pieces out of the bottle. This is not a stand alone polish and needs undies unless you sponge it on. In that case you may be able to wear it alone. To get enough glitter on to satisfy me I used two coats over ChG White on White for a ghostly effect.Despite the glitter the texture was nice and the consistency good. It applied pretty smoothly and as mentioned the glitter dispersed evenly with no effort on my part. The packaging is the standard ChG bottle w/the standard brush. There is nothing unique about the bottle or brush but it works well for application.I purchased this online for about $4.00. A good price as ChG is more in the brick and mortar stores. I would repurchase CIYWT again as it doesn't just have to be just for Halloween. You could pair it over any number of colors for various looks.I will update in a few days on the wear.

This is an interesting matte glitter. It's made up of black and purple, but the purple pieces are dark and light striped, like witch stockings. Super cute. There's plenty of glitter in the bottle but my first coat was a little sparse; a second coat gave me the coverage I wanted. It dries fast and looks great over green or orange for Halloween. You could wear it year-round if you wanted to. Cute and awesome polish.

Cackle If You Want To is part of the Halloween 2015 (Ghouls Night Out) collection, and is described as being a "a spooky purple and black glitter". In the bottle it looks like a full-coverage polish, but it's actually a topper; it is made up of various sized matte black and purple hex glitters. It is made more unique by the purple hexes they have lilac stripes running through them.I'm usually not overly fond of China Glaze's 'confetti' style glitter toppers as the ones I've tried are base-heavy, but the formula for this is great. The hexes are plentiful, so I don't have to fish any of them out of the bottle, or tip the bottle upside down. The hexes apply fairly evenly and smoothly [you do have to place the larger pieces into place], and the base is quick to dry. Like most do, this topper adds about two days to the life of my manicure too.This looks great over the green and orange in the 'Ghouls Night Out' collection' for a more Halloweeny look, but I love wearing it over bright pink [I use Illamasqua Supersition] for a more 'everyday' look. Lilac is also a nice base for it.

I bought this product for 2.99 on sallybeauty.com. I really like it so far. I put it over black so it looks kind of plain and grungy but cool. I think this shade will be much prettier with a nude or white color. It was my first time using this kind of polish and I like it. I was simple and I had good results just putting a thin layer on top of a dried base color. Can't wait to try more.

I love the idea of this polish. However, I find it can be hard to work with at first until you get your technique down. Everyone seems to do it differently. I do a medium coat, just one layer. Too many layers and you have a goopy mess. Again, once you get your technique down, you will find it really is a neat, funky design that definatly helps refresh a week old mani.
