It is hard for me to fine a true charcoal color but this is pretty great. Looks like a dark wet concrete color and is shiny. Very stunning in the fall and winter. China Glaze is not my fav brand but really love this color compared to the OPI and Essie concrete colors. Also luv the name!! This has been compared to OPI Nein nein ok fine but has way less of a green undertone so looks way better on my skin tone. Love it!!!! Update: 11/2017. Still loving it!!! So damn pretty and sexy. Time to go find another bottle! ðŸ‘Â
I bought this as a cheaper alternative to Stormy Weather by Deborah Lippmann. It did not disappoint! I used three coats for full coverage, but could have gotten away with two if I had been more careful.
This is one of my absolute favorite nail polishes, it looks so amazing on nails everyday and all time, you don't need a special day to put it on... I love it I highly recommend it.
What a great charcoal-grey polish with a slightly blue hue. You can actually get away with one coat if you're careful. Has a shiny creme finish. Great as a base for layering glitters.
This is a beautiful dark grey that leans a little green on me. It reminds me of Dior Perfecto, but it's a little lighter. It did not go on as smoothly as other China Glaze nail polishes. It was quite streaky with the first coat, but evened out nicely with the second. It is very understated, softer than black, and very sophisticated on its own. I used Poshe top coat which made it very shiny, but I think it would also be great with a matte top coat, metallic shatter, and as a base for holo or other special effect top coats. Recommended.
