Do You, Boo! is from China Glaze's 2017 Halloween Collection Happily Never After.

Do You, Boo! is from China Glaze's 2017 Halloween Collection Happily Never After. As described by the previous reviewer, it is a glitter bomb. The base is clear and it has tons of hex glitters in gold and bar glitters in black and gold along with glitter pieces in red, blue, green and gold. The smaller colorful glitter pieces really only show in bright sunlight but I like the fact that they add a different dimension to this polish.I used this as a topper over OPI Suzy The First Lady of Nails and I love the combo. Do You, Boo! lets the beautiful olive green of the OPI shine through while adding another layer of fun with the topper. I used two coats of Do You, Boo! to get the effect I desired. For me the glitters spread evenly across my nail without any effort or manipulation on my part. I didn't find the formula thick or difficult to work with at all.For me one coat of top coat made my nail beds smooth though admittedly I do have a couple of bar glitters protruding off the end of several nails, but that really isn't a problem for me as it doesn't show. I am only aware of it because I can feel them once in awhile.I purchased a mini collection of this particular Halloween Collection as I wasn't sure how much use these polishes would get given my large nail polish collection. So, I have a mini bottle. I thought that the brush in this mini was good and was easy to use. I would repurchase this as I really like it a lot. The price was really reasonable as I got a deal on the mini set. So this bottle was about $1.42. I will get a number of uses out of the bottle so I think that was an excellent price.I will update in a few days on wear, removal and staining, though I already know that given all of the glitter in this topper removal will be tougher than normal.UPDATE: I got great wear from this used as a topper. Removal took a little extra effort but it was well worth the effor as I love this topper.

Do You, Boo is one of the six new shades in the 2017 Halloween collection 'Happily Never After'.

Do You, Boo is one of the six new shades in the 2017 Halloween collection 'Happily Never After'. It is made up of hex glitter in gold and black hex shapes, plus gold and black bar glitter pieces too. All of this glitter is scattered in a clear base, so this shade is made for layering over other polishes. It looks especially good over the plum creme shade that is also in the Happily Never After collection [Lookin' Gore-geous]. Dark shades of blue, green, or red are also effective for that traditional Halloweeny touch. It looks fairly good over orange too, though the gold glitter doesn't stand out as much as it does when worn over the previously listed shades. Despite the glitter chunks this polish is easy to apply, leaving no bubbles or streaks and I was impressed with the drying time. Plus it dries pretty smoothly too a good topcoat leave more or less totally smooth the slight texture out. Being a bit of a glitter bomb it does take a little bit more effort to remove, but that's to be expected. I've got no outright complaints with the look or formula with Do You, Boo! itself, but it is similar to Rest In Pieces [Apocalypse Of Color 2014] once applied, so I don't think that this is a must-have topper to get if you have the former. I'll still wear this since the glitter-to-base ratio is really nice, but if I lost my bottle tomorrow I wouldn't mind, as I do have Rest In Pieces and tbh I prefer it a teensy bit more.

IDK is from the ChG OMG collection and the OMG suits this color well.

IDK is from the ChG OMG collection and the OMG suits this color well. This is a linear holograpic polish in light dusty purple. It looks lovely in normal lighting, but once you get this baby in the sun or under bright lights the magic really happens as the holograpic effect is really stellar reflecting silver, purple, blue, pink, and a bit of orange.Though I have had this bottle for a number of years the consistency was still perfect, not too thick or too thin. The texture wa also very nice and it applied quite smoothly. Two coats offered full coverage and it was very easy to apply with no running or streaking. This comes packaged in the standard round ChG bottle but it does have a silver colored cap to denote that it is a holographic polish. It also comes with the standard ChG brush. Both the brush and the bottle are very functional.I got excellent wear from this polish, 5 plus days without chipping. I used CND Stickey base coat and Sally Hansn Insta Dri top coat and was very pleased with the results with IDK.As I have had this bottle for a number of years, (why did it take me so long to use this one?) I don't remember the original price nor do I know if it is still available. But if it were available at an affordable price I would definitely repurchase should I ever run out.

Pretty shimmery bright blue-I haven't seen a blue quite this color.

Pretty shimmery bright blue-I haven't seen a blue quite this color. It's D/C'd, and might be original formula.

This is one of the most gorgeous polishes China Glaze has ever released.

This is one of the most gorgeous polishes China Glaze has ever released. It is a stunning silver holo with a very strong rainbow effect, and in sunlight, it's just dazzling. The formula is a bit watery and thin, so it takes 3 or 4 coats to get full coverage with no bald spots. It's a bit finicky to work with, but dries very quickly, which is a plus.My main issue with OMG is that it hugs every peeled area and ridge on my nails. If my nails were in good shape, it would look much better, but as they are, I see every flaw when I wear OMG. I do not have this issue with other polishes in the OMG collection. In addition, this polish does chip quickly, but I attribute that to the fact that I don't wear base/top coat with it to keep the holo strong.
