I bought this polish because reviews said it had a great formula for a bright/neon. That wasn't my experience though. I needed 3 thick coats to get this polish to look decent not because of opacity issues but because it applies so unevenly and doesn't level out at all. After those 3 coats there are still a few patchy spots. It dries to a satin finish and looks good with shiny topcoat. I love how bright this green is and how it doesn't need a white base but I don't like the formula and applying it. Edit: This polish was chipping like crazy after just two days, with base and top coat. Ugh such a pretty color if you can get it to look right, but don't plan on wearing it for more than a day or two.

Drink Up Witches is part of the Halloween 2015 (Ghouls Night Out) collection, and is described as a "Frankenstein neon green creme". The shade on my nails is actuate to that 'Frankenstein' description, but I would hesitate to label it as a true neon; it is very bright, but it doesn't have that glows-in-the-shadows quality that neon shades do. It is the same shade as Illamasqua's polish Nurture, although Nuture has a satin finish.I forgive that neon/not neon dilemma as the shade is great regardless and the formula is a winner. Two easy-to-apply coats, with no white base necessary. The polish dries quickly and I haven't had any problems with bubbles, streaks, or self-leveling abilities. Using my usual base and top coat, this polish will last me anywhere between two to four days with only minimal wear. But as I'm a self powered wheelchair user I'm tough on my hands and am always catching my nails, so I can't really speak for how long lasting the formula is overall. I must also comment on the design of the bottle and lid. The shape is very easy to grip, meaning there's less smudging and spills.
