This is a great glitter top coat polish. It is part of the China Glaze 2015 Ghoul's Night Out Collection. One of the best things about this top coat is that the glitter pieces are of such colors that it could be used over a variety of colored polishes any time of the year, not just for Halloween.The pieces are in a clear polish base and include the colors black, pink, green, yellow and purple. They vary in size and shapy. They apply fairly evenly without much effort on your part. One coat will give you a nice amount but I prefer two as I really like that look better for myself.You definitely need a top coat with this one as the glitter pieces can be a bit rough and the top coat helps smooth them out.I wore this over a grape purple polish and it looked really cute.This is just a fun polish that can be worn over multiple bases and any time of the year. I paid $3.25 for this one online, but it is sold at many brick and mortar stores that frequently have sales on ChG. I would definitely repurchase this one!

China Glaze has done it again with a great glitter topper for Halloween. Like most of their toppers, this one is chock full of pieces and you don't really have to fish for them. One coat gave me the effect I wanted but I did have to dap a little bit to put the glitters where I wanted them. It dries fast but the pieces do pop out in a few places so top coat is needed to smooth them down. I wanted to wear this over black but since there are a lot of black glitters I went with orange instead; it looked great. This would work with a multitude of colors so it isn't exclusive to Halloween. I'm impressed!

Ghostess With The Mostess is part of the Halloween 2015 (Ghouls Night Out) collection, and is described as being a "haunting multi-colored confetti glitter". It is made up of various sized matte black, peach, pastel green, and purple hex glitters. It is made more unique by the larger purple hexes they have lilac stripes running through them.I'm usually not overly fond of China Glaze's 'confetti' style glitter toppers as the ones I've tried are base-heavy, but the formula for this is great. The hexes are plentiful, so I don't have to fish any of them out of the bottle, or tip the bottle upside down. The hexes apply fairly evenly and smoothly [you do have to place the larger pieces into place], and the base is quick to dry. Like most do, this topper adds about two days to the life of my manicure too.This looks great over all of the cremes in the 'Ghouls Night Out' collection' for a more Halloweeny look, but I love wearing it over lilac or lavender for a more 'everyday' look. Baby pink and light grey also makes a nice base for it.
