Lady And The Vamp is part of the Halloween 2015 (Ghouls Night Out) collection, and is described as a "pumpkin neon orange creme". The shade on my nails is actuate to that 'neon orange creme' description, but I'm not sure that it qualifies as a 'pumpkin' shade; in the bottle and in photographs it seems to have a subtle red undertone, but [in real life] once on my nails I'm not so sure maybe it's due to my skintone, but the undertone leans more on the pink side. Still, it's less harsh then a straight up orange, so that is a bonus.If you are looking for a neon orange polish, then the formula for this is good; this polish has the thickest formula in the Ghoul's Night Out collection, but it's not very hard to work with. Three smooth-to-apply coats, with no white base necessary. The polish dries quickly and I haven't had any problems with bubbles, or streaks. I personally wouldn't say that you need to rush out and get this as the shade isn't what was expected, and it isn't anything that is unique, so I don't see myself getting a ton of wear out of my bottle. But I'm not a big orange polish wearer, so don't take my 'no' on the rebuy option as too big a criticism.Using my usual base and top coat, this polish will last me anywhere between two to four days with only minimal wear. But as I'm a self powered wheelchair user I'm tough on my hands and am always catching my nails, so I can't really speak for how long lasting the formula is overall.
