Love, love, love this polish! It was from the 2009 Halloween collection. The polish is a clear base with mall round and large hex orange glitter and medium hex glitter. Goes gorgeous over orange, copper, black, white, silver, or alone (however, when worn alone it needs about 3 coats to be opaque) Picture shown above is 1 coat Spell Bound over LA Girls Copper. Perfect for Halloween and Fall manis!!
This is a Halloween 2009 LE nailpolish from China Glaze. Mine came from Sally Beauty Supply for around $4.49. It is a somewhat clear polish w/orange and silver chunky glitter. It takes around 3 coats for it to really become opaque. I rated this low because it chips far too easily, and it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to remove. I literally had to use a cotton pad per finger. I did use a basecoat/topcoat for this, and I got a couple days of wear before the major chippage. How it chips so easily, and is such a pain to remove is beyond me.
I absolutely love, love, LOVE this color. It is a bright yellow with a hint of orange. It's bright and draws the right kind of attention. Not to mention that it looks very good with my skin color.
I was looking for a nice birght yellow...and it looked like that on the bottle but it turned out to be more in the gold side...I'm just not diggin' it! it's sorta sparkly too..ugh!!!!!
I used to work in a coffee shop and a customer came in wearing it... I fell in love. I searched and searched for Yell-O-Neil to no avail. I moved to Oregon and happened to be in ULTA.. no sign of it. Once more bummed about it being nowhere, I went to check out, and it just happened to be on clearance at the counter for half price. Just my luck. I love this warm-taxi-yellow with fine glittery shimmer. I really should have bought more. It's a great great great punch of color for hands and toes. I wear it all year round... whatever I'm in the mood for, but I think this is great as a spring/summer color too! If I can get my hands on another I will. Hands down best yellow polish, for sure.
