This nail polish is absolutely beautiful! I am fair skinned so light pink polish doesn't work well with me. The polish to me looks like a bubblegum pink color with gold shimmer over it. It is a wonderful color for my hands.

This is a shimmery pink/coral, light on the coral side. The application was very smooth and I got just enough coverage with two coats. Its very similar in color to OPI Strawberried in the Sand and OPI Up the Amazon without a Paddle, if you're looking for either of those and can't find them. This looks great on tips, but its a little light for my taste for a pedi color though.

Shindig is GORGEOUS!!!! It looks soo beautiful when applied---it's a medium pink w/coral (absolutely no orange/peach tones in this) with a pearly lustre that goes on smooth and a vivid yet subtle pink/red iridescence. The formula of this Essie n/p goes on smooth. 1 coat of Shindig is slightly sheer, 2 coats make it opaque. HG nailpolish.

This color is from Essie's Anniversary collection. It is the best one of these shades, in my opinion although Cocktail Hour comes close.THE COLORA softly shaded yet bright, shimmery yet pearly bright pinky tangerine color. Think a mango smoothy with a strawberry or two blended in. Compared to Strawberried in the Sand, a bit more glowy and a bit brighter/oranger. If you like SitS, you are definitely going to love this shade. The sheen is so incredibly shimmery it appears to glow, and it's a very smooth pearly sort of glow. Very summery or springy and definitely not boring.THE APPLICATION/TEXTURENo problems at all. No brush strokes, no bubbles, no gloppiness. I bought a bottle fresh and new and it was a bit slippery but no problems at all. Very very good coverage, not really sheer. I did this on a pedicure and I usually use three coats, which worked out well. THE WEARDried really hard and lasted with no chips until I tired of it about 6 days later. Maybe got a little dull but I can't complain since I alternate between slathering on lotion and drying the heck out of my toes.A lovely shade that is interesting but that doesn't scream for attention. OH. Wow. This shade is GORGEOUS! switches from coral/peach to coral/pink in different lighting..and just seems to glow on my nails. The shade is very similar to OPI Strawberried in The Sand, but more opaque and without the pink flash. the shimmer also has a subtle sparkle that's not evident in SITS. true love for me :)
