I have only tried two of these lid tints before: Mon Amour and Revel. The texture of both of these is the same: an easy-to-spread mousse. I like that these don't set immediately after they are applied, which makes it quite easy to blend these out. Usually, I'll apply this to my eyes with the applicator one eye at a time and spread it using my finger on the upper eyelid and a small domed brush on the lower eyelid. Longevity-wise, the Lid Lingeries do fade a little during the day when I don't use primer, but it's an acceptable amount of fading for me, as I usually use them for quite simple looks. However, if I want them to last all day, I need a primer. I have non-hooded eyes, normal skin on my eyelids, and this shadow doesn't really crease on me during the day when not wearing a primer that's good! I haven't tried that many cream shadows, but the ones that I can compare the Lid Lingeries to are the Rouge Bunny Rouge Long Lasting Cream Eyeshadows they are about the same in both consistency and wear time. However, the NYX cream eyeshadow is quite much easier to remove it comes off with almost any kind of soap and waterI really like the color of Mon Amour it's a greige with lilac undertones one me. On my NC20 neutral olive skin and brown eyes, this is a very flattering color. With my coloring, I can't really wear purple eyeshadow it makes me look tired and washed out, somehow, but if the purple is very slight, it looks great. This Lid Lingerie is very close in color to one of my favorite MAC eyeshadows: Copperplate. Unfortunately, it recently got discontinued, which is very unfortunate, as there are plenty of other MAC shadows that are far inferior in quality :/I would recommend the Lid Lingeries they are good quality and easy to work with. As long as you work with one eye at a time, I think many people would find these quite easy to apply; these are definitely some of the more beginner-friendly cream shadows that exist
