This is a pretty pink color with a slight shine that reflects the light and looks beautiful on the lips. It isn't as bright on as it is in the tube. I wear it with my favorite lip liner Rimmel's "Cherry Kiss". Would buy this one again and again! I have about 20 of the NYX Round lipsticks and have not been disappointed in any of the them. Great color selection.

i love this lipstick and this shade! the colour is just amazing with my skintone (NC35/40). it is very pigmented and gradually wears off and is almost like a stain...leaving a nice touch of colour behind. i blot it after i apply otherwise it's a bit too much. i would buy this again and would have purchased a back up but there was only one left.

Personally I really think this is a fantastic lipstick in both colour and formula. The colour appears on my fair complexion as a medium bright rosy red and looks fantastic when I wear a soft neutral eye and some pink toned blush. The texture is very smooth and not drying. Wear time is pretty decent too. When I wear bolder shades of lipstick I like to pair it with a lip liner, apply the colour, blot with a tissue, light dusting of powder, and then reapply the colour. I find that this simple trick really helps the longevity of most shades of lipsticks.

I decided to try Gardenia, though I usually don't wear such cold and dark pinks. To my surprise, this color looks better on me than other pinks I ordered from NYX. You can see them all on the swatch; Gardenia is the darkest one. To me it's a perfect color for gothic or "evil queen" look. But if you have dark or tan skin (I'm VERY pale), this color may look different, like berry or rich pink. Anyway, it's nice.

a cool dark fuschia-ish pink, very nice for nighttime! very pigmented and long lasting. I really love NYX round lippies coz its comparable to other expensive lippies in terms of pigmentation.. Comes off 3-4 hours without eating or drinking.
