I have this in "First Base", which appears a rather pale pink but applies slightly deeper, kind of a medium neutral bubblegum pink. I love that color for my more daytime-casual looks, but it won't appeal to everyone. It is a dupe for NARS's "Roman Holiday" lip crayon at a fraction of the price. The formula is velvety/slightly frosty/slightly matte. If you are familiar with the MAC "frost" lipsticks (i.e. "Angel") you will get a good idea of how these appear on the lips. They are not drying or patchy (impressive and unusual for a lip pencil; they've never been my favorite for this reason). This provided an even pop of color and looked much like a regular lipstick would.The price is very good for the quality, seeing as it can easily compete with high end brands as far as the formula goes. It does come off after regular drinking/eating, but then again, it never claims to be long-wearing. Very nice, simple everyday pink shade that can compliment warm, cool or neutral daytime makeup looks.

The pricing is right on this and I am so pleased to have found SIMPLY PINK LIP CREAM in Primrose. It is a lighter pink on my lips and it feels wonderful and goes on so easily. Way better than the light pink $36 dollar (very) high end lipstick that I really "tried" to like previously.

I have two of this product after watching some good reviews on the youtube.Mine is enchanted and XOXO.I love that this lip cream of XOXO is long lasting and it has a variety of colors to choose.Like other reviewer, mine broke after a few days using it even i did not push it up because the i havent open the plastic yet.While for enchanted color, it does not look good on me. I picked up the wrong color after tested it without realising that it has 3 shades of simply pink! Silly me... It does dry and crack my lips ( my lips is super sensitive) and I think I just have stop buying this lip cream.

I baught sp 01. I didnt expect it to be so pigmented.. It seemed to turn out to be a Barbie pink on me. But in the tube it looks like a light mauve. Despite this the pros are no icky smell and goes on nice and has decent staying power. Would not buy this color again.

Picked this up in color 05 after testing out a few shades in Ulta. This lip cream is super pigmented and has good staying power. Feels nice on the lips; no weird smell.The only problem I had with this product is the packaging; both my and my friend's lip cream that we bought on the same day broke very quickly it's a plastic casing that you can twist up or down like most lip crayons, and the crayon part of both of them broke off in the lid without us twisting them very far. They're only about $6 each so I wasn't that torn up about it and I can still get all of the product out with a lip brush, but I do wish they would improve the packaging so it would be easier to use and not break. I will probably buy more lip creams in different shades.
