I'm a lipgloss junkie but this is the first NYX lipgloss I've ever tried. I was originally looking for a future replacement for my Sephora Rouge Shine No. 12 (which I love, btw, but it costs $14 Cdn and it's going to need replacing all too soon). Just looking at the tube of the NYX #143 Plum gloss, it appeared to be a close match to my Sephora RS No. 12 but in full daylight, it's actually more in the pink family and the Sephora gloss is more in the peach/orange family. Regardless, the #143 Plum is a really great MLBB color for me. It's in the pink family with lovely, tiny gold sparkles that compliments but doesn't look cheap. The formula goes on smoothly and isn't sticky. It's also not too sheer nor too pigmented; a happy in between for me. There is a scent but it's not overpowering. Small detail: there's a little black bow on the top of the wand, cute! My only beef is that this gloss doesn't last that long...around 3 hrs about average? but I've discovered that's just the nature of lipgloss in general. Also like all lipglosses, it can bleed a bit after an hour or so.Looking forward to trying other colors! Would repurchase.

I LOVE this shade. I had a similar plum gloss from MAC (I don't remember the name) and this one is very close. It's a perfect sheer plum without being too dark. A comparable favourite that's more easily found in Canada is Revlon's superlustrous lip gloss in plum pearl. The Revlon one is a tiny bit more glittery.

NYX has three different sizes w/ the NYX logo for $4.00 ~ All sizes are on sale @ cherryculture.com. This bag is oval and the dimensions are: 4.5 x 7.5 x 1.5 inches ~ it's the largest of the three and my favorite. I don't expect these bags to last forever, but it's so easy to pack all of my makeup in a carry-on for travel. All of my makeup was separated by type, i.e., lipstick, lip gloss, eye pencils, foundations, blush, etc. in black bags. The clear bags are perfect for your lipsticks, lip glosses, and nail polishes. I ordered enough that I could separate my products by color...Also, it's so time consuming sorting through the black bags to find your favorite lip color, without having to empty the whole bag on your lap. The clear bags make it so easy to see everything in your drawers. I just went back and ordered more oval bags on cherryculture.com ~ which has the fastest shipping I have ever seen. I placed my order on a Friday evening, and received my package on Tuesday afternoon.
