This stuff is crap! It will smooth your skin a little, but it will also cause dryness and cracking of the skin. Do not get it on your hands. It was $13.95 at Ulta, and so not worth it! It dried out the top of my foot and hands so bad that it cracked and ached for two days. I had to use Aquafor every hour to soothe my skin back to normal. OPI Smooth has a high Aha content. So, if your going to rub it into your feet, use a glove on your hands. Did I mention how it was so "harsh" on my hands that it cracked and ached really bad. I wish I had known this would happen, or I would have washed my hands after rubbing it on my feet. Also, if you want something that is pure moisture and 1000x better, and you can use your hands to apply it, Creative Nail's Cucumber Heel Therapy works better than this OPI Smooth stuff. I suggest that one. It's a way better option in terms of smoothness and ultimate moisture! I would never buy OPI Smooth again!

I purchased every item in the new OPI pedicure line (cause I'm a pedicure freak). They are supposed to be used in this order: Soften, Mask, Massage, and Smooth. I'll review each product separately. IMO, this is the best and most worthwhile product in this line. Its an AHA skin smoother ("deep penetrating treatment restores pliability, softens calluses, and works like an invisible glove to protect skin"). I don't know if I'd go that far, but it is a nice AHA lotion. It's thinner than Blisslabs Foot Patrol (still my favorite) or Philosophy Soul Owner (close second), but a pretty decent AHA foot lotion nonetheless.
