First of all, I love the name!It was love at first sight with this shade the moment the manicurist asked me to pick a color from the nail pallete. Im NC37 and this shade looks gorgeous on my skin tone. This shade is neutral enough for the office and yet so polished for a wedding!! This would look so beautiful with a white wedding dress! It looks pearlescent nude on me with slight frost. The manicurist also commented how clean it looks. It looked classy. 'Makes Men blush' and 'Bubble Bath' is more pink based and opaque (thinner in texture)whereas this is more nude -cream based. Ideal for warm undertones. This would also look good on indian brides too, as the nude color will complement the delicate design and intricate henna patterns and gold jewellery we love so much! This so universally flattering and a multi-tasking color....I highly recommend for office wear and bridal!

A Grape Fit was launched for the 2009 summer Bright Pair collection [the shades in the collection were made to match Paige Denim items], and has been in OPI's core line ever since. It is a creme finish, that is a mid-tone purple that's somewhere between lilac, orchid and iris. A lovely shade, but I've removed a lippie as OPI have several similar shades that aren't hard to find and the Ulta-exclusive Fiji shade Nails Of Paradise is a dupe. This shade isn't unique but the formula is fantastic, which makes it stand out from it's look-a-likes; the polish actually covers the nail smoothly and completely in one thicker coat, but I reccomend two thinner ones for a better wear and colour-match to what you see in the bottle though it's nice to know it can be used as a one-coater if I don't have a lot of time to get ready for a special occasion. The formula dries quickly and wears very well with two coats. Finally; OPI's pro-wide brush is the best for my nail width and shape.

A Grape Fit! Is from Bright Pair Collection (with Paige Premium Denim) from Spring/Summer 2009.

A Grape Fit! Is from Bright Pair Collection (with Paige Premium Denim) from Spring/Summer 2009. It's a slightly dusty, midpurple, cream polish. It is highly pigmented, so it can pass as a one coater with careful application. I used two coats. I lasts really well too. I thought the formula is great and I love the colour, so I wouldn't hesitate to repurchase it.

This is sort of a darkened lilac shade, it didn't apply as nicely as other OPI's I have.

This is sort of a darkened lilac shade, it didn't apply as nicely as other OPI's I have. I bought this as a dupe of Sephora by Opi's Iris I was Thinner, this is very close but it's missing something, maybe a hint of pink undertone I'm not quite sure but I just don't like it quite as much even though it's almost the same. It does streak a little. The colour is nice but I don't have a lot of tolerance for streaking especially in a shade that's not too unique or a must have for me. Would not repurchase.

I picked my bottle up second hand from an online polish destash, I liked the pictures I saw online of this polish.Funny what goes around comes around. From what I can understand this was an OPI staple from around 1991 until they discontinued it somewhere around 2010. And now, with the fashion for many things 90's, this colour is back. Its a dusty rose pink, unlike other reviews, I don't consider this bright, but then, all those greens and blues and neon polishes you see at the moment, compared to them, this polish is quite demure, but maybe in the day it was bright.for me the formula is fine, two coats to be opaque, basecoat and topcoat and I'm good to go.I'm happily wearing this is a nice work appropriate polish, its colour without being in your face about it. Its sophisticated and I like it. I'm sure people will find dupes of this in other brands, but if you have it in your collection, or you see it being sold very cheaply second hand, pick it up and wear it, lovely polish.
