This would work best if you layer it over another color. It's a nice sheer blue with tons of tiny blue/green shimmers. It's the same consistency as OPI's Breathe Life except that Breath life has more silver shimmers and Sea Ya Later, Sailor has a more blue-ish finish.

I have decided, after taking time to really try it it out, that I LOVE this very simple little nail colour. It's quite sheer and a bit unspectacular and yet is much nicer to look at all day than a something loud and creamy. The effect it gives is basically like an antique mirror with that shiny, silvered finish. Great alternative to clear or pale pink.

This is very beautiful sheer shimmery light blue shade and shows different shades under different lighting. It looks good on my hands (fair to medium skin tone) and looks icy cool in summer! It reminds me mint candies. I like this very much!

This polish is *very* sheer. That being said, I still like it a lot. Its nice if you just want a subtle wash on your nails, but my favorite thing is to layer it over another shade. Layering this over a different shade (esp green or blue shades) adds some dimension to your nails. I love it over my Green-wich, it makes a really beautiful, shimmery light aqua.

This is a really pretty color, problem is that its just too sheer. It was a light blue shimmer with a bit of mint green & slight purple mixed in. I really did like it, It just didn't wow me. I would probably buy this again, because its a nice change to my collection. It took about three/four coats, but it still wasn't enough for me. if only it was darker...
