I used it for my to toe nails, I liked this color from first but after few hours I regretted my choice. I think it's older lady color, bright pinkish/red and shiny. Not my fav color at all.
My feelings are slightly mixed due to the split personality of this polish.
My feelings are slightly mixed due to the split personality of this polish. First of all, let me say I love the subtle shimmer, the packaging, the brush, application, blah blah. No problems there. 2 coats of color are sufficient, and my mani is on its 5th day or so and still going strong. My split feelings emerge when the colors change: I like the 'warm' side of this polish which is almost reminiscent of red wine, or red-brick, and is seen in indirect/faint light (there are some photos of this 'side' on MUA/Nailgal and I have to say they are a little misleading). In direct light, it looks much cooler. Words that come to mind are 'electric watermelon/raspberry' and 'hot pinky-purple.' This isn't so much my style and is a little too loud/Barbie-ish and might make me feel a little self-conscious in a conservative setting on my fingers, so I'm taking off one lipstick for its slightly limited versatility. More of a toe color, for me. Nevertheless, both 'sides' are a lovely RICH, slightly shimmery color that I love to look at! I'll continue to search for a similar color that is a little more subdued, though. ETA: The look I was going for was OPI Copper Mountain Copper! A nice burgandy-copper.
I'm only giving this 3 lippies because the color didn't "wow" me.
I'm only giving this 3 lippies because the color didn't "wow" me. Sure, its very pretty, but not a 'must have' IMO. This is darker in the bottle that it appears on the nail with 2 coats. Its a watermelon/raspberry pinky red frost. The consistency is not typical 'frost-like' though, I found it to almost apply like a sheer jelly, but I got great coverage in 2 coats and the frost is not streaky. Its a great color for summer and goes well with my cool/neutral skintone. Props to the old OPI formula, applies like a dream!
I love the OPI polishes.
I love the OPI polishes. They have great durability and beautiful colors. This is a dark berry/pink shade. I use it as a pedicure color. It's a bit too dark for me to apply to my fingernails. I applied it as a pedicure 5 days ago and haven't had a single chip yet.

I bought this nail polish when it first came out (has to be several years ago) and I just used it again today for my toes. As the other ladies have described, it is a bright, saturated raspberry pink-red with shimmer. I am a very pale PPP and this color really pops against my fishbelly white toes LOL. I rarely paint my fingernails but this is a fun shade for toes -not as "serious" as red, but more sophisticated than many lighter pink shades. Although my bottle is a few years old the consistency has not changed at all. Highly recommended for PPPs who like jewel tones and would probably look awesome on darker skin as well.
