This would get 0 stars if i could give it. I use this product every day professionally in my salon and very unfortunately I have no choice because I am not independent. 9/10 colors require minimum of 3 coats and quite a few up to 5 coats!!! The product is very thin and runny which often causes the tips of my clients nails to get a pool at the tip of their nails. That is if I don't cure EVERY nail ONE at a time. Also it pools to the middle and away from the free edge and sidewalls immediately after application...again one nail at a time to maybe prevent this. I'm assuming this is one of the reasons it cures so quickly in their uv light; so it's not quite as ridiculous to wait for each nail to cure at a timeWORST PART is the REMOVAL you absolutely must remove all of the top coat and even at least one color layer. Which isn't too bad if you choose one of the few colors that doesn't require 10 coats to cover opaquely. At least it's vitamin infused so that when you're destroying your clients nails removing this stuff you have that to fall back on lol.. I have used cnd, opi, cuccio, gellish dnd.. you name it and never have I had such issuesThis product does tend to last without chipping for at least a month. But so do the majority of other brands if applied correctly

I'm a gel user for quite some time (4 years) and just tried a few of the Ge lFxs recently (wearing Beach Cruiser now). I have to say I'm really impressed! I feel they're much more pigmented than other gels and they apply like butter. They do have a longer brush, but I like that because I have long nails and need quite a lot of gel. Usually I have to double-dip, so this saves me a little time. I also like that they match their regular line of np -so can do my toes in the same shade.Just a reminder -shake the bottle well (for all gels & nps).

I purchased a bottle of Purple Crush because it was on clearance at Sally's and I love these kinds of bright, blue toned fuchsia colors. I have a similar color in Gelish's in You Dare I Glow but that one is a nightmare to apply due to horrible shrink-back. I was hoping this one would be better, but in the end it wasn't good enough to make me want to buy any more Orly's gels.As far as application goes, the shrink-back wasn't as bad however I still did end up doing one finger at a time. The wear and durability wasn't that great. Within two days, I had major tip wear and some good sized chips on the free edge as well. The overall manicure did last two weeks but I kept having to touch up the free edge so water wouldn't get up under the polish.Despite the wear not being as great as other brands I use, it was a b*tch to get off. I had to soak my nails for an extra 5-7 minutes beyond my usual 12-13 minute soak time. You would think if it was that much tougher to remove, it would have stuck it out better on the free edges. :(PS: I don't usually quibble about bottles or packaging but the taller, skinnier bottle is also a pain because 1) it's more likely to tip over during use and 2) I store all my gels in a lidded cardboard box; the taller bottle doesn't fit so I have to lay it down at an angle which takes up more space.

I have been using Shellac mostly. I have tried Gelish & they offer so many colors but using both their base & tops coat is very hard to remove & hard on your nails. I decided to try Shellac base & Top with Gelish & works well, wears well. I came across Orly Gel polish & decided to try it. Works very good with my Shellac....have had it on 2 weeks. This particular color seems a little thicker but I got it to work.....my beauty supply is offering a but 2 get 1 free for Sept & they totally are for customer satisfaction so guess I will be trying more colors...Oh for to add.....removes very easily just soaking in the acetone....no problems...

This review is for "its not me its you". It's a very pretty shade but took 4-5 coats for even coverage. Perfect bubblegum pink but I wouldn't of bought it if I realized how many coats I needed. Will update if there are any other issues like peeling or fading. update-it does fade but not as bad as some gelish colors fade. it stays on pretty well for 2 weeks. I had considerable growth you could see on each nail. so staying power is pretty good but it still took 4 coats to cover and even after that could of used a fifth.
