My aunt gave me this nailpolish and I´m in love with it, is my first from this brand and I´m really impressed by the quality, it´s super glossy and it doesn´t chip. The color is lovely!! is like a creamy soft pink with some holo shimmer (??), that´s my favorite part, cuz it´s soft enough to wear to work but it´s not plain and boring and my nails look so pretty with it!

This is my first ever Orly polish and it is from the Spring 2008 Sugar Coated collection. As is often typical with Spring collections, this is a sheer pink polish, but I think Taffy still has something different to offer from your standard sheer pink shade. Whilst I do like my pales and sheer colours, I can't stand it when a polish is so sheer you can't even tell you are wearing it. Thankfully, this is not the case with Taffy whilst you can still see your tips through the polish, the pretty, milky, baby pink shade is still definitely there. It also seems to make my tips look whiter underneath, almost giving a french manicure effect. Taffy also has a gorgeous subtle shimmer to it, which is pretty hard to describe. The shimmer is a hot pink, but sometimes seems to flash a deep copper/gold. It is also a bit more of a "chunky" shimmer than you usually get in polishes, yet it is still really subtle. I think even non-sheer fans could like Taffy and it would be a good choice for work and other formal situations. I am also pleased to say that this polish lasts really well on me I can go 4 days without it starting to look old and in need of changing. I would repurchase this colour and will also be trying out more Orly shades in future.
