Works fine most of the time

The QDTC I've used in the past, Seche Vite, has the effect of "drying" the coats underneath it. In fact, you're supposed to use it on slightly damp polish. When I did that with this top coat, the top coat dried but the layers underneath remained wet and squishy and I ended up with a "pillow" effect that got easily marred.

Update: I think that the problem here was due to the ridge-filling base I was using. Since then, I've tried using this on other manicures and it worked flawlessly. Bumping this up to 5 stars.

The Top Coat of my Dreams!!!

For the last month or so, I’ve been working down the last little bit of top coat from a really popular indie nail polish company. I’ve felt so much frustration due to the thickness of the formula- I’d wait twice as long for it to dry, only to ruin a set Ive worked hours on with its sticky + bubbly application. Seriously, every set I ever did was ruined by the top coat.

When this package finally came, it was a godsend!! This was so quick-drying, glided on the nail so smoothly, and had way less shrinkage. Im on day five and I have maybe one or two chips on the whole set. Perfect nails are finally achievable for me!!

The best part is it was HALF the cost of the previous brand Id used (Holo Taco) for MORE product, a better formula, and its still indie, cruelty-free, and 10-free. Im so so happy I found this product- Im never using any other top coat again. I’d sell my soul for you kbshimmer!!

Dries fast and shiny!

Dries super fast! Nice shiny finish and I had no shrinkage with it. I think I've found my new favorite topcoat! (Color underneath is DND Diva 183 Pink Ribbons lacquer)
