Product Availability

We make every effort to keep everything we feature in stock. Occasionally, though, an item sells out after an order comes in.

If that happens, we’ll ship the rest of your order and email you to let you know which item was out of stock. You won’t be charged for it — the out-of-stock item is refunded automatically. We don’t have a backorder system, so we won’t ship the item later once it’s restocked.

Billing

• All items are listed in US Dollars, and all payments must be made in US currency.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• We don’t accept checks or money orders.
• Tax is automatically calculated based on each jurisdiction’s tax code.

Order Processing

• Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1–2 business days. We don’t process orders on weekends or federal holidays — orders placed then start processing the next business day.
• You’ll get an email confirmation with your order details once your order goes through. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or reach out and we’ll confirm it for you.
• Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as you can — we’ll always try, but we can’t make changes once an order is done processing or has shipped. We also can’t make changes through PayPal comments.

Order Tracking

• Log in to your account to view your order history, status, and tracking information.
• Don’t have an account? Just contact us and we’ll happily update you on your order status.
• An order marked “Processing” has been received and is in our queue.

How to Find Your Order Status

Checking on your order is quick — here’s how:

1. Go to your account and log in with the email used to place the order.
2. Open the Orders section to see your full order history.
3. Select the order you’d like to check for its details, status, and any tracking information.
