Super Base Coat creates a strong, flexible foundation that secures GelColor to the nail and extends wear. Super Gloss Top Coat seals in color with OPI's highest-gloss finish, preventing fading and resisting scratches for up to three weeks.

This HEMA-free, vegan formula cures in just 30 seconds under the OPI Star Light. Both coats feature OPI's exclusive Intelli-Gel Technology and Intelli-Brush for smooth, precise application. Each bottle contains .5 oz.

How to Apply

Prep nails, apply Bond-Aid, then Super Base capping free edge first.
Cure 30 seconds, apply two thin coats of GelColor, cure between.
Apply Super Gloss capping free edge, cure 30 seconds.
Remove tacky layer with N.A.S. 99 and massage in cuticle oil.

Top coat never cures all the way

Top coat never cures all the way. I have a very high quality lamp and I tried to cure it for longer and multiple times with no luck. Eventually I had to while my nails with acetone and wash my hands a lot of times. also has a very very strong smell.

The top coat can sometimes leave a tacky layer after curing, which is normal for gel systems and is meant to be wiped off with a cleanser or alcohol for a smooth, glossy finish. The strong scent is also typical of some gel formulas, especially when freshly applied.
