This is my favourite cleanser I have ever usedever.

This is my favourite cleanser I have ever usedever. My skin is in fantastic condition ever since I started using this. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed, clean and soft, not tight like other cleansers. I read below that other reviewers had trouble removing their eye makeup with itit's not an eye makeup remover, it's a facial cleanser so no wonder it didn't take it off. I'm surprised it didn't sting like hell too. I wash my face with this once in the morning and twice at nightfirst to remove makeup and second to remove oil and dirt as my beauty therapist told me to do. I use a soft cellulose sponge to ensure all makeup is off my faceyou can't remove makeup by just rinsing. I used to have extreme congestion and breakoutsnow I don't even break out before my period which is unheard of for me! I think my skin does well on a routineI don't like to change my products like some people do as my skin can react badly to different products. I cleanse with this, use the EB Soir de Fete mask once a week and moisturise with Emulsion Tomate and my skin is clear, smooth and even. It's pricey for a cleanserbut good skin is an investment and when I consider how much I used to pay for makeup to cover my bad skin, it's totally worth it.

I've been using this for about 6 weeks after the beauty therapist forced me to buy after having one of their facials. I must say that I had never used a milk cleanser before this one so I wasn't used to having to wipe it off. I think it's a great cleanser for those with oily skin. It didn't break me out. It smells great. However the packaging could improve. The price is very expensive and you're not able to buy it online apart from ebay. The beauty therapist said one bottle should last you 6 months. I've been using it for 6 weeks and I've only got half left! And that's using the tiniest amount only. I'm only using this to go with my facial treatment up until my wedding. I'm not too sure if I would continue using it after the wedding.

    I have sensitive, combination skin.

I have sensitive, combination skin. I started using this cleanser when I was about 15, with very red, oily, 'troubled' skin. Almost straight after the first time I used it it reduced redness in my face and started to calm and re-balance my skin. Being a cream cleanser it doesn't strip away the good oils on your face like most foaming cleansers that tend to leave that 'tight' feeling. I am in my mid 20s now and have been using this product for over 10 years. I get compliments from beauticians on what great condition my skin is in. If you have skin like mine, definitely worth the investment. I have tried others from time to time but always come back to this.

I use this product mostly in summer when my skin tends to be much more oily. I love this product, one of the only products that can remove the excess oil from my face without drying my skin out. It's not strongly fragranced which is a plus for me as I have allergies. I have purchased product three times and would hessitate to buy again.

    Not my favorite EB cleanser.

Not my favorite EB cleanser. It is indeed expensive and rather basic. Takes two applications to get all makeup off. I prefer Purete Demaquillant for oily skin, and oddly, I pre-cleanse with Lait Demaquiller, their dry skin cleanser. It's a great routine, not Bache-approved though.
