KBShimmer - Nail Polish - Love You Brunches

Holy shimmer!! The reflective glitter just dazzles in this polish. Love at first sight! Easy removal even with the reflective glitters.

Absolutely love this polish!

It took two tries to make this work. First time, I applied two coats over the KBShimmer Fillin' Groovy base. Then used KBShimmer Clearly on Top. Absolutely beautiful color, but such a thick formula. I shook the bottle a while but it was gloppy. Had to dip the brush a couple times on some nails. Let the whole shebang dry for 20+ minutes and it was absolutely dry to the touch. I pressed down on my thumbnail and everything slid right off, as though it were a peel polish.

Cleaned everything up (at least with the peel-offs, it was fast clean up!). Then tried again. This time, I put one coat of Mooncat's Getting Even Nail Primer, then spent quite a while rolling the Love You Brunches bottle around, gently shaking it. The first run through, the polish laid down as a smooth coat, but this second time, it was quite gritty and still super thick. I only used one coat on the second try. After 10 minutes, I applied KBShimmer's Clearly on Top. Waited 20 minutes. No peeling this time, but the finish is still quite gritty.

Probably will try another reviewer's recommendation to add some nail thinner. I love the color and the look.
