Poor Customer Record keeping

I am either receiving an email meant of another customer or like this one, addressing me by someone else’s name “Charlene” - not sure how you guys work or double check yourselves but this doesn’t make any customer feel important. If I buy from Beyond polish, it certainly has nothing to do with the service, let alone the after sale service. I’d also warn customers that Polish is regard flammable and not airlines are willing to carry the items.

We use an external service to manage our reviews and it uses the name associated to your reviewer account, it could even be a name used in a review on another site. You can log into your reviewer account here https://judge.me/profile and change the name of your profile.

Regarding flammability, TSA laws allow you to carry nail polish that are 3.4oz or less. Our nail polish bottles are only a fraction of that - about .5oz a bottle. Since you're trying to export nail polish to a different county through exporting services, they may have their own criteria, separate from TSA.

Definitely has a learning curve

The light pink was pretty streaky although it was my first time using the system. I like the lamp. The base and top coats seem thick so I will keep experimenting.
