I originally received two incorrect nail drill bits, which was disappointing and caused some inconvenience.

However, after contacting Beyond Polish customer support, Emie handled my complaint professionally and promptly. She arranged replacements for both items, provided a prepaid USPS return label, and kindly agreed to let me receive and inspect the replacements before returning the incorrect products.

I have now received both replacement drill bits, and they match exactly what I originally ordered.

Although the initial order fulfillment was incorrect, I appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort to make things right.
