Lovely color and formula.

Smooth as butter. Not as boring as a beige. A bit deeper than a nude. Lovely.

Just Beachy is a pale, somewhat sheer, somewhat cool, frosty yellow.

Just Beachy is a pale, somewhat sheer, somewhat cool, frosty yellow. 2-3 coats brings it to opaque coverage, which just appears as a gleaming frosty pale yellow. This is pale, but still somewhat bright, and does look almost like a very pale, platinum-blonde shade of gold. (I think calling this "white gold" is a bit misleading because when I think of white gold, I think of actual white gold, which is about the same color as platinum or silver.) I don't notice any green in this, but I do think it would suit olive skin tones well. I'm olive-toned slightly tanned, and I really like how this looks on my toes right now.

OPI Just Beachy is just perfect for me, but it definitely is picky about which skintones it favors.

OPI Just Beachy is just perfect for me, but it definitely is picky about which skintones it favors. I also think it suits those with cool toned blonde hair very well. I love this shade on my MMM cool-neutral Olive skin. It also looks great with my faux tan on, so I'm assuming anyone with a dark suntan would look pretty with this cool white-gold nail polish on. Just Beachy is a semi-sheer frosty, light cool toned gold (think "white gold") with a VERY slight greenish-yellow cast to it. I can see where most PPPs might not do well with this shade, nor anyone with very fair skin w/warm tones, or those with a lot of pink tones to their skin (the greenish cast will be very apparent in the polish). But Olive skintones and MMM beige skintones should run to buy this! The green cast in this light cool gold polish really help to de-emphasize the green tones in olive skin (beige yellow green tones in olive skintones). It seems that nail polishes with a slight green tinge to them, make my skintone look more peachy, by comparison. Whereas, if I try to wear bright, true-toned coral polishes, the green-beige in my skintones are made much more obvious (I can't wear corals at all!). Most other "gold" polishes I've tried have been either too peachy, or too champagne-y, or too brassy a gold. All of those type golds simply clash with my olive tones, which is why I usually opt for silver shades, instead of gold. I'm so happy I found Just Beachy. Finally, a gold polish I can wear!If you are an MMM cool to neutral Olive complected girl, try OPI Just Beachy for a very cool, shimmery white-gold. I think it'll make the perfect beach tip and toe color! And it would be stunning for an evening nail color too. This nail polish also compliments my cool toned blonde hair; whereas, I think most redheads and brunettes look better in warm golds. JMO

FYI: I have only tried Just beachy layered over OPI Desire (sheer white).

FYI: I have only tried Just beachy layered over OPI Desire (sheer white). Just beachy is a slightly grayed sheer ivory/champagne color infused with pale yellow shimmer. It don't think putting it on my pale winter fingers did it justice. Being part of a summer collection I bet it looks much nicer on tanned tips or toes in summer, alone or layered over any orange/coral shade. I really think it has potential, so I'm rating it 4 lippies.
