So, yep, I tried the "home rig": cotton-inside-a-piece-of-foil-from-the-roll-in-the-kitchen x 10. "Who needs that fancy wrap with the cotton pad glued on to it?" Umm.. ME! Time is money, folks. Avoiding frustration is worth a few cents as well. I figure at $1.00 to remove a Shellac mani with the CND foil remover wraps compared to the struggle to tear a piece of cotton, cut the foil into pieces, try to keep the cotton in the right position after soaking it as it slips around and then wrapping the foil (which is not as thin as the CND Wrap), especially the last few with my previously wrapped finger tips...it's cheap at twice the price (which is not a suggestion to raise the price- it's fine where it is!) and MUCH easier to accomplish! Some things just need to be done the RIGHT way...
