Very Disappointed – Received a Product That Does Not Match the Description

I ordered two Startool nail drill bits from Beyond Polish for a total of $35.61, including shipping and tax.

Unfortunately, the All-in-1 Coarse drill bit I received looks completely different from the product advertised. The shape and identification band do not match the listing, making it unsuitable for my intended professional nail work.

I am also requesting confirmation that the Volcano Radius Medium bit is the correct model.

As a professional nail technician, I expect to receive exactly what I order, especially when purchasing specialized tools.

I have already contacted the seller with photographic evidence and requested the correct product or a refund. I am currently waiting for their response.

I hope Beyond Polish takes responsibility and resolves this issue fairly. I will update my review if they provide a satisfactory solution.
