OPI Dipping Powder Perfection Base Coat is the essential first step in the dip powder system. The odor-free formula dries almost instantly without UV or LED curing, making it ideal for fast, professional services.

Designed with OPI's Pro-Wide Brush, this base coat offers controlled, even coverage with flat bristles that improve product pick-up and glide smoothly around cuticles. 0.5 oz.

How to Apply

Push back cuticles and lightly buff the nail surface.
Apply a thin, even layer of base coat to the entire nail.
Dip nail into powder at a 45-degree angle, tap off excess.
Repeat dipping process as needed for desired opacity.
Follow with activator and top coat to complete the system.

So easy!

I have been getting my nails done with dip for about 8 years. I needed a repair and my salon couldn't help. So I ordered the OPI system. It took some practice, but now I can do my nails myself. The OPI products are wonderful!

Easy at home dip gel

I’ve been using this product for a few months and it’s really nice to be able to do my own nails at home. The only thing I dislike is the brush clump up at times not providing a smooth service.
