The shellac and the nail polish do not match at all! It looks terrible!
Also, I paid $3.00 extra for two day shipping and it took three days to get my order "ready to ship" which is when the expedited delivery began, according to Beyond Polish. I paid for two day shipping and it took SEVEN days to get the order!!!
It is obviously not the money, but the way I was treated by the rep when I questioned it. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Not bc of the $3.00 but bc of the lack of customer service55555
I love the color the bottle shows but the actual color is more of a wine and less of a fuchsia.
Beware: I received my order on 5/10 and I believe the CND Shellac I received is counterfeit. I have never seen genuine CND Shellac without etched batch codes on the bottom, and yet neither the bottle of Rooftop Hop nor the bottle of Museum Meet Cute that I received have etched batch codes. Instead, both have batch codes printed on stickers that were then placed on the bottom of the bottles. In addition, the batch codes on the product I received (both on the stickers and the boxes) are the same for both colors; My understanding is that genuine CND Shellac does not use the same batch code for two different colors. When I notified Beyond Polish, their response was to insist that they only sell genuine products and to say that I can return the products according to their return policy (which only offers store credit; not a refund). Super disappointed with Beyond Polish.
Update: After numerous emails, Beyond Polish sent me a shipping label to send the products back to them for a “thorough inspection.” But it seems they also deleted my original review, so I’m not hopeful.
