This polish is streaky, as are most of Essies's polishes. But after 3 coats, it's nice and opaque. After 3 coats, it's not thick either, but I just expect polishes to be opaque after 2 coats, so this polish is just a little more time consuming. It dries in a fair amount of time for each coat though. The brush is also average, narrow and round, which is okay. I prefer a flatter and wider brush like OPI's brushes. The main reason why I got this polish was because of the color! I was looking for a chartreuse and this looked pretty good. It looks chartreuse in natural light, but lime green in artificial lighting so that was a little disappointing, but it's still a loveable color. I use this in conjunction with the Orly Bonder Rubberized Base Coat and OPI's top coat and the staying power is impressive with this polish, a consistent area for Essie. I also love the way the bottle looks. For $8, this is okay. There are better polishes out there, but this color was what got me.
