Well I finally found my HG nude lip liner, but it's discontinued. I'm buying 3 more of them on ebay and hope I find something comparable before I run out. I'm a painter and a commercial retoucher and have worked as a professional makeup artist. I've always felt that the best nude liner tends to be cooler and grayer than you'd expect. It should match the shade color of your mouth, which is usually a very dull plum brown. Sweet bean is perfect for medium or slightly darker skin tones. It gives your mouth shape and depth without adding color, which is much sexier than the doll-like look you get from more red or orangey liners. My second favorite pencil is NYX Nude Beige (very good too, but still more orange than I'd like). Mac Oak is okay too, but pulls orange even more than the Nude Beige. The vast majority of liners (including Mac Stripdown) I consider WAY too warm for a true nude look (and I'm very warm skinned myself). There are some good ones out there for darker skin (NYX Cappuccino or Dark Brown for example), but almost nothing for medium skin. It is extremely difficult to find a color like this, so get your hands on some while there's still some floating out there.
