Actually shiny top coat

There are a lot of top coats from other brands that promise high shine but end up being only moderately shiny, I am happy to say this one is a GENUINE shiny top coat.

Shinny but no quick dry

Goes on good vary shinny, but doesn't dry fast stays sticky for a few minutes. Could work better for the price I paid for it.

We're sorry you're having problems with the OPI GelColor - Stay Shiny Top Coat 0.5 oz - #GC003. The most common reason for problems is that most top coat formulas require you to wipe the top coat with a non-acetone solution AFTER it has fully cured. You can use alcohol or the solution recommended for the specific product you are using. If you don't wipe the top coat after it has been under the LED light, it will remain tacky. Another solution is to use a 'no wipe' gel top coat formula.
